Privacy and Data Management
IAS’s data policies differ with respect to the use of its website and its platform. Learn more about our privacy policies here.
Privacy laws can be confusing, and you may have a few questions about where IAS fits in. IAS complies with all applicable data privacy laws but the two major privacy laws currently drawing the most interest are Europe’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). The materials included in this section explains how IAS complies with these laws to allow your business to be confident in your compliance when using IAS services/products. As the data privacy legal and regulatory landscape continues to evolve, IAS will stay informed and aware of new developments to ensure our privacy practices evolve as well.
Our client’s use of our services and solutions is subject to our Global Data Protection Terms (DPT), which ensures compliance with international data protection laws. The DPT includes provisions that are required by privacy laws like the GDPR and CCPA that are applicable to the provision of our services and solutions, and details our obligations and our clients’ with respect to data used to power our services. Specifically, these terms incorporate the new EU Standard Contractual Clauses and several other jurisdiction-specific Annexes to address requirements under other data protection laws.
